The candidate shall be an experienced team player with a strong background in any-one technology stack, worked in BFSI, with an overall experience of 8 to 10 years and must have successfully managed multiple diverse and high value projects in any two or three of below areas : 1. Anti-Money laundering 2. Fraud management 3. Risk Management 4. Governance, Risk and Compliance. Additionally, the candidate must have a strong exposure to designing interfaces with diverse systems thru the use of APIs which are in the nature of web-services, MQ-based interfaces and file-systems. The concerned candidate should be well versed in the following areas which include, but not limited to: 1. Skilled in use of project management tools and techniques with a Project management certification preferred, but optional. 2. Able to skillfully manage a team of high performers. 3. Should have strong communication skills.
