Zone Sales Structure :


- Manage the NRI NCA business in the assigned Zone

- Liaison with the Branch team

- Capability Building of the branch team on NRI Product

- Enable the field team for achieving the NRI targets

- SWOT analysis for the respective zones

NRI Salary :


- Build the NRI Salary CASA book through New to bank customers

- Increase NRI penetration within the corporates in the assigned geography

- Liaison with the KAMs & Retail Salary team

- Meet key influencers within corporates

- Design customized proposition for NRI salary customers

- Capability building of Retail Salary team

NRI Seafarer & Skilled :


- Increase New to Bank NRI Seafarer customer base

- Build the Seafarer & Skilled CASA book through New to bank customer

- On-boarding Shipping companies, Nursing institutes, Manpower consultants

- Co-ordinate with the branches

Overseas Channel :


- Build the New to Bank book through the overseas branch franchise

- Enable the overseas branches for achieving New to bank business

- Capability building

- Bridge between Overseas branches & stakeholders

Student - NRI :


- Tap NRI student business opportunity

- Liaison with the retail Forex team for ties with potential intermediaries (Education consultants, Immigration consultants, etc)

- Meet the intermediaries

Alliance Manager :


- Identify local level activities

- Liaison with the branch team to arrange for activities

- Co-ordinate with the marketing team

Alternate Channel :


- Manage the New to Bank sourcing through Phone banking

- Capability building

- Identify process gaps & build efficiencies

- Liaison with the Phone banking Process, Floor & other stakeholders
