Job Description :

Relationship Head Sales-Small and Medium Enterprises :

- Responsible for maintaining existing SME clients for the bank and acquire new SME clients for the bank

- Responsible for building alliances with other banks and NBFCs in the zone to leverage joint relationships

- Focus on building granularity and enhancing coverage by broadening the client base therefore driving risk calibrated operating profit

- Manage different products as per the customers requirement and maintaining high customer service standard and service delivery

- Monitor the performance of the team and positively inspire them to achieve desired results, through engagements

- Focus on deeper market penetration in the given geography and deepening as well as maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts

- Responsible for developing inter-functional synergies in order to tap in business opportunities through cross-sell basis customer needs

- Enhance revenue streams through existing products as well as new products while maintaining the quality of the portfolio

- Engage with Promoters and CXOs of the identified clients

- Expand distribution coverage by opening additional locations and hiring and developing the requisite team


Education & Training : (Degree, training or certification required)- MBA(Finance) from a premier B-school/ Chartered Accountant with good credit and compliance knowledge

Experience (technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required) : Atleast 5-7 years of experience in asset part of the business

Competencies (key functional, leadership, or business competencies required) :

- Ability to negotiate deals and apply his/her experience by engaging with the higher management and operations team

- Ability to influence team to deliver results

- Strong sales and relationship management skills

- Ability to build and maintain long term relationships, deepening relationship and growing revenues

- Good Communication and analytical skills

- Strong network with internal and external stakeholders for new client acquisition and deepening relationships with the existing ones

- Attitude to service clients by providing them smooth and superior service delivery
