Job Purpose: - Responsible for managing the Entire Digital Product Cycle from lead generation to disbursement for Educational loans. - Analyze/Anticipate and assess gaps in the digital life cycle by interacting with the key stakeholders (sales / credit / policy/ops/Tech) and understand the requirement - Responsible for providing digital solutions to the requirements as gathered and sharing the same in the format. Clear requirement specification to the technology team / vendors. - Responsible for designing innovative digital solutions and processes which will reduce the TAT for the customers and the internal stakeholders through automation - Responsible for consultants/partners / key alliance integration for onboarding customers to our core systems. - Keeping a constant eye on competition and market innovations (banks / Fintech) products / solutions so that best practices can be emulated.
