Responsibilities - Responsible for designing end to end digitization of customers journey through comprehensive digital solutions eliminating the need for any of the physical process steps - Responsible for devising a roadmap for moving the current customer life cycle journey from physical to completely digital experience through technology solutions without impacting the business. - Responsible for strategic level tie-ups with all Digital partners who work in the real estate sector - Responsible for planning all Web, SEO, SEM, SMS, email tools for seamless system integrations - Responsible for revamping and managing mortgages online journey section on Website for better customer experience and higher conversions in order to reduce the sourcing cost. - Responsible for Identifying, evaluating and implementing the activities done by Fin-tech companies related to Mortgages for digitization of processes in Mortgages Life Cycle. - Evaluation and constantly enhance of Sourcing App, application portal and work-flow digitization for mortgage loans - Conversant in making test cases as per the business requirement - Understanding of Mortgage or asset business is a Must
