Responsibilities: - Plan and lead the direction of internet marketing initiatives through strategy and implementation across all marketing channels/activities: SEO (Google Web Master&amp; Analytics), SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display Ads, Retargeting, Paid Campaigns, etc. - Develop, design and execute strategy &amp; road-map for digital campaigns. - Execute Digital campaigns: Campaign Management for website and mobile App - Leverage various channels (digital and non-digital) for campaigns. - Work towards comprehensive goal of organic traffic and brand equity. - Discuss and collaborate with content team and create a strong content marketing strategy so as to optimize user experience. Required Competencies: - Min 5 years Work Experience in Digital marketing with a noticeable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. - Experience in managing SEM and Facebook campaign to deliver business objective. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. - Good leadership, entrepreneurial and execution skills. - Strong project management and communication skills. - Demonstrates high degree of flexibility and initiative. - Strong knowledge of Search Engine algorithms &amp; ranking strategies. - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints would be preferred. - Experience in managing mobile app campaigns and understanding of app analytics tool like Appsflyer - Knowledge of Google tag manager and Search console to get detailed insight on website analytics - Stakeholder management with internal business team and external agencies to understand business objective and provide deliverables for the campaign.
