- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth - Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners - Develop product pricing and positioning strategies - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact - Work closely with technology and Operation teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources - Manage and liaise with the partner- align the internal teams and strategies as per mutually agreed goals - Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding Requirements - Product knowledge of Commercial Vehicle industry, - Should have a flair for marketing and relationship management - Worked prior in product/program will be an added advantage - Should be comfortable working in Excel and MS office - Coordination with multiple departments (BIU for data/analytics, Sales team, Process, Operations, Credit, Policy etc) . - Self- starter, energetic, passionate towards his work.
