Roles & Responsibilities: Process Manager would be required to manage the following processes - - Login and sanction process - Credit Processes - Disbursement processes - Legal and technical processes - Channel payout process Details - Managing key process steps - Sales management Process, outsourcing process, third party enrollment process, login, sanction & disbursement process, Channel payouts process, customer compliant management - Manage and monitor loan processing system development, enhancements, process and system procedure guides. - Build processes for overdraft products for Salaried customers - Creating processes for co-origination of business with NBFCs and putting process controls so that risks are under check - Building processes to integrate mortgage sourcing through other business groups - Process automation through integration of digital solutions by integrating fintech solutions there by enhancing speed and reducing manual work - Develop and promote adoption within the organization of best practices. - Implement smooth, speedy and efficient workflow in all areas of the loan process. Perform special studies and projects to improve home loan processes and getting the same reviewed and documented in the PAC note. - Work along with policy team to develop new product processes. - To actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance - To ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and managed at all times - To complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects
