Role : Business Practice Head, Marketing and channel analytics

Team : Data Science and Analytics Group

Role Brief :

This individual will be responsible for owning up the marketing analytics work stream which include customer centric analytics, hyper personalized campaign/action, in app marketing, tracking and enhancing campaigns.

Responsibilities :

1. Create analytics driven marketing strategy and framework which enable hyper personalized experience for the customer

2. Leverage digital footprints using GA and big query to personalize real time offer/actions

3. Come up with micro segment persona leveraging client 360 to take action. Understanding the concept of CDP.

4. Trigger generation based on defined rules and involves creation of rules based on business requirements

5. Should have skills to develop C4M AutoML models to score drop leads.

6. Role also involves interaction with the CxO/business heads for understanding requirements and finding solutions. Should have ability to decipher complex analytical outcome to easy business language to be consumed by business stakeholders.

7. Pivotal in design digital marketing campaign strategy including remarketing action.

8. Should be able to develop and lead a team of 4-6 high performing resources.

Experience and Skills :

1. Strong analytical skills coupled with ability to make logical decisions.

2. Team management skills

3. Sound knowledge of information systems and reasonable comfort level with learning and using new software solutions. Experience with quantitative tools is desired but not mandatory (e.g. R, Python, SAS, Auto ML ).

4. Hands on experience with various types of data mining techniques (Regression, Cluster analysis, decision tree, neural network & time series analysis)

5. Test and monitor campaigns to optimize performance and ROI based on industry best practices

6. Web analytics experience is desired by not mandatory

7. Experience in similar Quantitative profiles of 10-14 years would be preferred.

8. Go-getter with a high execution focus

9. Good communication skills to understand complex business situations

Educational Qualifications

Post Graduation: Statistics / Economics /Quantitative discipline/MBA
