Here is a brief write up about the role :

1. Should have experience in solving business problem using Machine Learning /Deep Learning

2. Has ability to break down complex business problem into algorithmically solvable structure, should have ability to select right models and ensemble them to solve given it.

3. Detailed conceptual knowledge of the underlying logic and mathematics behind the various algorithms.

4. Should have worked in prescriptive, predictive modelling, forecasting and have used best in class algorithms

5. Responsible for development and management of project plans through deep understanding of customers, technology and business strategy

6. Should be able to wrangle around structured/unstructured data to solve the problem, this could be data coming from web/social media etc.

7. Ability to define and promote an agile model development by actively participate in the high end analytical product development for business transformation

8. Should have proven ability to derive patterns, trend and insights, perform risk/reward trade off analyses and connect these analytics to business impacts such as increasing organizations operating profit, driving revenue or enabling superlative client experience

Educational Qualification :

1. Phd/Post Graduate in statistics, OR, analytics, engineering from top tier institute(Preferably Tier 1 ) with experience in Machine Learning /Deep Learning experience

2. Have hands experience of developing models in SPARK, R, PYTHON, SAS .

3. Demonstrate quantitative, presentation and analytical skills.

4. Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

5. Background in financial service or ecom is preferred.
