Team: DSAG Role Brief: This individual will be responsible for owning up the marketing analytics work stream which include customer centric analytics, hyper personalized campaign/action, in app marketing, tracking and enhancing campaigns. Also analyzing primary and secondary data. Responsibilities : 1. Create analytics driven marketing strategy and framework which enable hyper personalized experience for the customer 2. Leverage digital footprints using GA and big query to personalize real time offer/actions 3. Come up with micro segment persona leveraging client 360 to take action. 4. Trigger generation based on defined rules and involves creation of rules based on business requirements 5. Design frameworks to acquire and nurture profitable/progressive profile of customers. Use AI/ML to come up with specific actions. 6. Role also involves interaction with the business heads for understanding requirements and finding solutions 7. Pivotal in design digital marketing campaign strategy including remarketing action. 8. Communicate effectively with different business functions to take up projects 9. Design quantitative framework for analyzing/resolving business situations Experience and Skills: 1. Strong analytical skills coupled with ability to make logical decisions. 2. Team management skills 3. Sound knowledge of information systems and reasonable comfort level with learning and using new software solutions. Experience with quantitative tools is desired but not mandatory (e.g. R, Python, SAS, Auto ML ). 4. Hands on experience with various types of data mining techniques (Regression, Cluster analysis, decision tree, neural network & time series analysis) 5. Test and monitor campaigns to optimize performance and ROI based on industry best practices 6. Web analytics experience is desired by not mandatory 7. Experience in similar quantitative profiles of 6-8 years would be preferred. 8. Go-getter with a high execution focus 9. Good communication skills to understand complex business situations Educational Qualifications: Post Graduation: Statistics/Economics/Quantitative discipline/MBA Personal Skills: - Ability to engage meaningfully with senior business leaders and external stakeholders - Confident with ability to communicate effectively - Ability to manage a team - Eager to learn new technologies - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to organize, multi- task, work independently on several projects
