ICICI Bank - Finance Manager - Planning & Forecasting

The Planning team in Finance Group (FG) is primarily responsible for planning and budgeting to achieve desired/targeted level of profit, balance sheet, capital adequacy and assets quality of the Bank.

Job role: Manager - Planning

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Analysis of financial statements

- Bank/Business group level planning and budgeting to achieve desired / targeted level of profit, balance sheet, capital adequacy and assets quality

- Close coordination with various business groups of the Bank to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis/report to Senior Management

- Monitoring and reporting of performance of various business groups in comparison with targets

- Monitoring and reporting financial performance of the Bank to Audit Committee / Board of directors / Senior Management

- Participate in system and technology related projects on automation for internal process improvements

Essential skills:

- Good financial and data analysis skills

- Good communication and writing skills

- Working knowledge of MS-Office- Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Preferred (desired) skills in addition to the above:

- Understanding of quantitative techniques in finance
