Corporate Relationship Manager-Supply Chain Finance-SMEG

Background of the role : Corporate RM role is to onboard new corporate for CLB business, identify new product opportunity with respect to CLB as per corporate requirement.

Key deliverables :

- Liaison with product/ Central team for corporate specific requirements

- Liaison with WBG/ KRH/ Retail/ TxB team members for CLB introduction

- Explain CLB proposition to corporate

- Understand corporate requirement and get program note sanctioned

- Document execution for corporate onboarding

- Ensuring lead generation from corporate

- Lead distribution across CLB Team members and conversion monitoring

- Ensuring maximum share in corporate CLB opportunity

- ERV of existing corporate by getting more leads/ inroads into corporate group companies/ other division

- Ensure Book & Income Growth in on-boarded/assigned corporates

- Query handling & Resolution to corporate

- MIS and other business number delivery to corporate

- Resolving field level issues with corporate support
