- Create & maintain sales performance plans, monitor sales efficiency metrics, identify opportunities for enhancing card acquisition and improve customer experience

- Monitor performance of individual products and take corrective actions to deliver performance in line with business AOP

- Effectively engage with all sourcing teams (Businesses, Outbound team) to drive engagement & sales penetration required for business

- Ensures compliance with company procedures & policies. Maintain integrity & ethics in actions & conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts

- Review current proposition, processes & customer experience and work towards building sales & operational efficiencies and exceptional service delivery

- End-to-end ownership of creation, dissemination and availability of training material related to Credit Cards & related products with sourcing channels

- Ensure appropriate product training & refresher across sales units businesses and outbound

- Effectively engage with cross functional teams (Operations, Risk, HR, IT etc.) to understand and contribute to overall processes across locations
