Assistant Relationship Manager-Multi-National Corporate Group (MNC) - Must know Korean Language
The Multi National Corporate is responsible for maintaining relationships with and servicing large and mid-corporate clients with annual turnover greater than INR 5 billion. It provides end-to-end banking solutions across the financial spectrum ranging from transaction banking solutions, term loans, treasury and risk management solutions, structured products, M&A advisory and investment banking in collaboration with multiple product groups. It is also responsible for appraisal and monitoring of credit limits.

You get an opportunity to understand and manage the portfolio of the mapped corporate clients. You become the face of ICICI Bank to service client requirements. A key aspect of this role is credit appraisal. This would require you to understand the client's business in detail, its financials and quality of assets. Hence, you are expected to develop a strong relationship with the client to explore the client's financial requirements and thus provide superior advice to them. Once a credit line has been sanction, you get to facilitate disbursement of funds through collaboration with key stakeholders within ICICI Bank.
In addition, you are also expected to offer banking products across the financial spectrum to the client and capture to entire ecosystem of the corporate client.
Key Responsibilities :
CREDIT APPRAISAL : Prepare credit appraisal notes in collaboration with the Risk Management Team
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT : Understand the client's business and maintain a high quality of client portfolio
ACQUISITION : Acquire new corporate clients and drive revenue
DOCUMENTATION : Complete post-disbursement documentation keeping in mind legal, compliance and risk aspects
CROSS-SELL : Offer various retail asset and liability products.
Few Success Factors :
- Strong understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.
- Ability to compute and comprehend key financial ratios.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills with an ability to strike professional and personal relationships.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to service client requirements.
- Would appreciate if you have relevant experience mentioned above.
