Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Need to be able to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical deliveries 2. Have a complete understanding of technology architecture including application layer as well as database layer 3. Be conversant with latest development methodologies including Agile and be a part of the squad delivering business requirements 4. Be able to troubleshoot issues faced by end users and also support users with testing of newly developed functionalities 5. Knowledge of any one technology platform i.e. Java / .Net / Oracle would be helpful for carrying out his duties. 6. Preferable to have functional and technical knowledge of Retail Lending 8. Knowledge of FinnOne and surround systems would be an added advantage
