Job Description for AGM, Information Security Group, ICICI Bank - Role 1  The selected candidate would reportin to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)of ICICI Bank and the role would involve security strategy, policy formulation, risk assessments, security architecture and engineering,security process management, managing information security audits and execution of awareness programs for all stakeholders including customers, employees and partners.  Roles and responsibilities  - Support the CISO in defining and implementing group-wide information and cyber security strategy, roadmap, policy formulation and establishment of procedures  - Ensure continuous alignment of information security strategy with the overall business strategy and digital/ITstrategy of the Bank  - Conduct risk assessments of various business initiatives, new products and technology platforms from security perspective and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies  - Formulation of incident response plans and contingency plans  - Security architecture, engineering, assessments of encryption & cryptography, technical assessments of emerging technology platforms, definition of security standards/baselines  - Support CISO in preparation of agenda for Board/Committee meetings and meetings of external government forums and ensuring systematic tracking and closure of actionables  - Planning and execution of security awareness programs and drills for all stakeholders including customers, employees and partners  - Responsibility for engagement with internal and external auditors for audit requirements  - Information security resource planning and management, management of security budget  Job specific skills and knowledge  - Minimum of 15 years experience in IT and information security functions  - Technically sound with hands-on experience in core IT functions  - Leadership role in information security function for atleast 3 years in a large organisation  - Deep technical competency in areas such as encryption, mobile and cloud security  - Published technical papers or drafted standards/guidelines at national level forums  - Experience in implementation of security technologies, processes and operational KPIs  - Sound management skills, strong leadership and motivational skills  - Experienced in engaging with international regulators&compliance requirements  Interpersonal skills  - Team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to engage with all stakeholders  - Motivational leader and should be able to harness full potential of the security team  - Excellent written/verbal communication skills, ability to engage with senior management  - Strong execution focus and be able to multi-task and deliver even under constraints  - Should have proven experience and expertise in dealing with cyber crisis situations  Education  - Banking/financial services domain experience would be an added advantage  - Certification ssuch as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS strongly preferred
