ICG Medical - Company Secretary (2-7 yrs)

Delhi/NCR/Gurgaon Job Code: 351252

Salary Range: 8 - 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring all compliance under Companies Act 2013, FEMA, RBI guidelines, Labor laws and other corporate laws

2. Ensuring all filings under the said acts are done timely and accurately

3. Efficient management of secretarial, general legal and compliance, providing support for contract review, negotiation and closure

4. Maintaining register for all notices received by the Company and timely updation of the same

5. Manage all litigation work for the company

Key Performance Indicator:

1. Maintaining Compliance Calendar for the Company and periodic circulation to the management with updated compliance status

2. 100% compliance of Companies Act 2013, FEMA, RBI reporting

3. Ensuring closure / renewal of all contracts within TAT and maintaining a register of contracts

4. Timely preparation and filing of all TDS and Service Tax returns and / or refund claims

5. Ensuring timely compliance of export related documentation with bank and issuance of BRC

6. Timely & accurate XBRL filing

Competencies/Skill Set:

1. Excellent drafting skills with keen attention to detail

2. Excellent command of written and spoken English

3. High level of integrity and ethical behavior

4. Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to a cross-functional team

Qualification:

Company Secretary and CA(Inter / Final)

Work Experience:

1. 2-4 years of relevant experience in handling secretarial, company laws, and compliance issues of private Limited Company.

2. Handling Direct & Indirect taxation (primarily Service Tax, exports & DGFT matters) of medium and small sized companies

3. Implementation of Companies Act 2013

4. RBI reporting in relation to FDI
