ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manager Technical Services

Technical services manager will be a supervisory level role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities of the technical services department. They will lead a team of technical service specialists, and other staff. They will work in coordination with other teams, including sales, R&D, Product Management to identify new business opportunities or strategic partnerships that represent potential areas of growth.

- Lead product development and life cycle management process to support new product introductions and life cycle management opportunities.

- Devise a system of capturing customer complaints, document them and respond with appropriate conclusions based on relevant data.

- Support continuous improvement processes to improve quality and operational performance.

- Perform internal audits, identify root causes and corrective actions, and verify completion of corrective actions.

- Combine Technical & Customer Perspectives: Identify customers technical and manufacturing needs and provide total solution.

- Identify training needs of Sales and Marketing function and develop mechanisms and modules to impart the training on a periodic basis

- Oversee the inventory classification and ensure reduction of non-moving and write-off inventory
