Contractor Loyalty & Engagement:

a. Enrolments:

- Drive enrolments in the ICA Champions Club- ICA Pidilites flagship premium contractor loyalty program program basis the universe and potential at regional level.

b. Tier Management:

- Complete management & improvement of ICA Champions Club (ICC) Program, ICA Pidilites flagship premium contractor loyalty program by constantly improving the 'Tiers' to ensure loyalty of large & medium contractors by undertaking various initiatives.

- Regularly monitor and facilitate the growth of key contractors PGSB and active. Plan rewards and recognition activities, other benefits on a regular basis.

c. Front End and Backend Platform Management (Develop & Drive Technology road map):

- Manage the entire front end, back end and IT processes for the uninterrupted running of the program on web and mobile platforms.

- Time to time update on backend systems and benchmarking them with industry leaders. Working in liaison with IT & SMG teams for Implementation of the data warehousing platforms and suggest analytics based sniper interventions for the key set of contractors to maximise output in a differential manner.

d. Reports:

- Maintaining OAAP related to contractors' loyalty engagement and tertiary data.

- Devise the entire program ecosystem to get & disseminate timely information that could be used to target potential contractors / focus on revival of inactive contractors etc.

e. Engagement Activities:

- Ensure engagement of contractors with the program through creating regular excitement and innovation in activities related to PGSB trips, contractor meets, schemes, campaigns, festival celebrations, occasional giftings and other regular gift redemptions.

f. Redemptions:

- Drive and keep a track on redemptions and make time to time additions / changes in the DBT, voucher redemptions, gift catalogue and related activities.

g. Trainings:

- Planning and executing the training calendar for contractors in coordination with HO field teams. Improve the Training efficacy using ICC by monitoring the pre and post scanning. Identify product gaps in scanning and use that as an input for next trainings. Develop videos and modules for contractors to address any needs / issues on regular basis.

h. Markets Visits:

- Regular market visits to implement, monitor and meet contractors to gain insights on products, application practices, issues and their requirements, forming an overall feedback system for ICC.
