Scrum Master (Technical Program Manager)

Roles and Responsibility :

- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

- Coach team members in Agile frameworks

- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

Basic Skill set :

1. Knowledge of Agile, Agile Practice

2. Good knowledge of Tech, Development role

3. Minimum 5- 8 years of experience

4. Prior experience in software development will have added advantage for this role.
