The Offerings include Strategy & Business Advisory Services, Analytics, Application Services and Process Outsourcing.  Job Description :  Role :   As the SME for Telecom Analytics the incumbent will :   - Partner with Stakeholders to develop new business with existing and new clients in Telecom, Media and Entertainment domains.   - Provide thought leadership on key trends in the Telecom, Entertainment/Media and analytics.   - Guide the team to develop Statistical Models and Frameworks to provide Solutions to Client Business Problems in the areas of Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive analytics solutions  - Build an ecosystem of Analytics Software Solutions (E.g SAS etc ) & System Integrators relevant for the Indian market  - Strong aptitude along with good academic and professional background   - Coach and serve as a role model for Project team members   - Lead creative solution crafting for solving key business problems of leading clients  Key responsibilities :  - Understand and articulate analytical problem statements of Indian Telecom Industry. Has experience and understanding of best practices of international telecom industry.  - Set-up and lead initiatives on How to create value out of data.  - Drive the development of Telecom Network Analytics solutions for insightful decisions and actions to deliver business outcomes, based on the extensive use of network data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive models, enhancing current powerful network with real-time measurements, data correlation and prediction, customer specific profile and behavior, location-based information, and more comprehensive Service Models which allows proactive operations, bridging network and customers.  - Experience and the acumen to provide solutions tailored for the Indian Telecom Industry.  - Understand dynamics of Indian Telcos. Has experience of engaging with senior management of Telco industry  - Experience of solving and managing delivery engagements - schedule, costs and risks  - Ability to troubleshoot in deal closure situation and/or engagement execution situations.   - Can mentor and build a team  - Expert on Big data & Advanced Analytics as a domain, led large & complex Analytics projects profitably  Skill competency required :  - 15+ years of relevant experience  - High level of analytical and critical thinking skills.   - Complex problem solving skills.   Domain : Experience in Telecom domain is mandatory for the position. Prefer to have worked in following LOB - Landline business, Wire line Internet business, IPTV, Satellite Telephony, Mass market Communication.  Must have the demonstrated capability of working with CEO / CXOs across functions; The candidate should have the gravitas and be able to articulate a point of view and influence CXOs to drive decision making.
