Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Set-up and maintenance of securities back-office system include CUSIP, factor, updating the floating rate of interest and maturity dates

- Trade processing, maintenance and verify of trades

- Enrichment of trades and amendments of payment and booking instructions

- Monitoring of trade processing exception report to identify processing issues

- Manually fixing of the interest rate and calculation of the interest amount

- Preparing and processing of the maturities

- Handling manual payments

- Publishing monthly regulatory reporting (AWV / AWG), Reconciliation and EMIR reporting

- Cash Management

Required Experience:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in settlement/payment process for treasury/securities products

- Proven technical and analytical skills facilitating the learning of Securities products

- Solid documentation experience along with product knowledge is vital

- In-depth knowledge of Word and Excel and respective Banking Operations systems

- Proven communication and stakeholder management skills

- Keen to learn and assimilate product knowledge and risk-based controls

- Experience in control, risk focused and attention to detail

- Proven client/business focused communication skills

- Ability to liaise with Technology and communicate system requirements

- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals

- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
