Who you are : - Part of a small focused deep skilled team members focused on customer &amp; partner success - Meet various customers, partners &amp; IBM sales and extended teams - Demonstrate your technical skills to help customer achieve their business outcome. - Be an authority and SME of the Integration requirements in the Digital Era What you'll do: - Understand customer requirement, build solution &amp; convince customer on the solution value proposition - Build presentation, technical demo, business use cases, proof-of-concept etc to support the solution sale - Overlook the implementation by helping partner and/or customer Required Technical and Professional Expertise: - Work on new Integration architecture on IBM IIB, API, Event Streams, MQ - Build a solution from business requirements, demonstrate using PoC, demo of the product capability. - Be able to integrate with SAP, Cloud Services etc with IIB using various protocols, formats. - Understand the integration usecases significant to industry like Banking, Govt, Insurance, Media, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom. - Build proof of concept for the customers and resolve product issues by going through various documentation - Effectively work with partners and drive the successful implementation of the project. - Identify bottlenecks to help scale the solution or product. - Be a SME for all technical issues pertaining to this product and share the best methodology for key tactical initiatives - Share technical knowledge and assistance about the product remotely, specially at critical junctures - Participate in troubleshooting and handle customer support across all levels with the continued support from the teams - Provide mentorship in gathering diagnostics for problem resolution - Advise documented fixes and workarounds for the client environment to ensure client happiness - Engage socially with customers and partners. - Lead the integration workshops with customer - Speak confidently in public forums on IBM integration products - Have a minimum 4+ years of experience in IBM Integration Bus &amp; IBM API Connect.
