What you will do : Oracle Flexcube SME with deep expertise in solution conceptualization, design and implementation / upgrade of Oracle Flexcube core banking modules to address complex business issues. Will provide technical leadership to the sales team during the sales cycle on solution design, client engagement, articulating the value proposition to drive business. As the Banking Practice Leader, you will also be responsible for providing leadership to the project team in solution development and implementation, manage client expectations and scope management. Required Professional and Technical Expertise: - Over all Experience: 20-25 Years - Oracle Solution Expertise - 10 years experience - Should have done atleast 4 End to end ERP implementation in Oil & Gas Industry - Strong Understanding of Oracle Next-Gen Offerings - Experience in Project Delivery Oversight Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise: - Should have a domain experience of 15+ years in selling and delivering Oracle Flexcube solutions in the Banking Industry. - At least three end to end implementations covering the entire life cycle for a technology driven transformation project in a highly collaborative ecosystem. - Proven Communication Skills and Executive Presence - End to End understanding of Oracle Solution Offerings across Industries - Strong Project & Program Management Skills - Ability to leverage CAMS trends in Solution Offerings
