The Offerings include Strategy & Business Advisory Services, Analytics, Application Services and Process Outsourcing.  This position is with Business Analytics and Strategy Practice of Global Business Services Group, India &South Asia of IBM  Role :   - Develop problem statements and high quality quantitative models for business insight in the space of Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance.  Responsibility :  - Lead Modeling Track in a Analytics Engagement.  - Engage with customers in crystallizing business objectives for modeling and forecasting.  Skill :  - Solid knowledge in building predictive and other statistical models.  - Knowledge of Optimization techniques.  - Must be proficient in one or more statistical tool SAS/ R/ SPSS.  - Very good communication skills - oral and written.  Experience : A minimum of 12 years of modeling experience. Must have experience of completing two engagements in Banking or Insurance area. Must be from a premier Institute with under grad in engineering or science.
