Roles & Responsibilities:  Financial Planning :  Primary responsibility is to undertake all aspects of financial planning including budgeting, short term and long term forecasting, driving actionable MIS for senior management, business partnering and championing cost control initiatives across the organization.   Budgeting and forecasting:   - Preparation of Budgets and driving organization level Annual Operating Plans.   - Develop and owns achievement of company AOP. This involves extensive financial modeling and an in depth knowledge of each function in the business.   - Forecast cash flow positions and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements   Monthly reporting to the stake holders:   - Preparing and review of various reports and financials packs to be send on a monthly basis to the stake holders.   - Analyze business performance for changes vs. annual operating plan and provide insights and flag off risks and opportunities  Desired Candidate profile:  - Should be CA with minimum 1-4 yrs of relevant experience  - Good with Ms Excel and willing to do lot of data crunching diligently.
