IBC Lawyer - Banking Finance Side (2-6 yrs)
- Advising investors/bidders, creditors, corporate debtors and insolvency professionals in relation to the restructuring/resolution/liquidation process under the I&B Code, 2016, RBI guidelines and other relevant laws.
- Advise Financial Institutions and Banks on International Banking mandates pertaining to External Commercial Borrowings, ODI Transactions, Inter Bank Lending (onshore and offshore), Corporate/Consortium Lending, Project Finance, Structured Finance involving Banks and NBFCs, Assignment of Debts, Private Placement of listed/unlisted/secured debentures and related financing advisory work.
