Manager Business Excellence

Experience : 6- 8 years of experience

- Six Sigma Black Belt certification is must

- The role holder should be able to provide radical designs for the business which will help the organization in experiencing dramatic improvements in the business cycle, quality and productivity

- The role holder should able to transform the organization by business process mapping and reengineering and should be able to provide ROI through the transformation

- Introduce new concepts, implement new capabilities and make substantial improvements as per defined plans and strategies

- Evaluate analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develop appropriate corrective action

- Identify risk factors using tools like FMEA which may impact the functioning of the business and come up with plans to reduce the risks

- Support activity and data modeling, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements

- Key coordinator between external / internal customers and multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts and application of best practices. The position holder will also collect Voice of Customer (VOC) along with Sales to help analyze / understand the current requirements and disengaged stakeholders

- Provide group facilitation, interviews and additional forms of knowledge transfer for the new business processes

- Serve as a coach who will coordinate workshops and team trainings for improvement initiatives, openly share guidance and business excellence expertise and ensuring that learning resources are widely available

- Ensure that processes are in compliance with customer and company proposed standards.

- Work with other process engineers in integration of new and existing business processes during APEX project and after.

- Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities

- Work in coordination with business SMEs to provide technical benchmarks on processing technology, capability, risks, costs
