IB Group - Business Improvement Manager (6-8 yrs)
1. Analyse current process by meeting all the stake holders and identify and remove non-value adding activities and drive entire business improving projects across all business lines.
2. Determine operational objectives by studying the business functions, gathering information, evaluate output requirements and formats and follow up with all the business heads for improvement .
3. Improve systems and practices by designing modifications as per the industry standards how to achieve the improvement goals and the review the status of improvement as per time lines across all business lines.
4.Work closely with key stakeholders and Analyse individual business lines, and determine the SOPs, and standard set up by the organization are in line or to change process flow to make the improvement on proper time lines .
5. Monitor each progress with Improvement team by tracking activity, resolving problems, publish progress reports, and initiate an action plan to reach the improvement path .
6. Create informative, actionable, and reporting that highlights improvement of all business line and opportunities for improvement for all the business monthly.
7.Perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews and analyses the current improvement processes with all the stake holders.
8. Will be as a Internal Consultant for all the business and will use his Analytical, technical and management skills to lead improvement road map.
