- Candidates for the Research Analyst position should be passionate about generating a positive social impact by applying a business-minded approach to the social sector. The candidate would be responsible for conducting end-to-end research to address specific issues by conducting quantitative and/or qualitative studies. You would be collating, screening, analyzing and synthesizing information from different sources and make recommendations based upon the research findings to create well-organized, concise research reports. - The work would help in developing insight, keeping stakeholders up-to-date, provide impactful information, contextualize new knowledge and provide holistic solutions for data-driven decision-making that can be integrated into strategies for accelerating biopharmaceutical development in India. - The analyst would be expected to build solid knowledge and conceptual understanding of core domain concepts and continually seek to deepen knowledge in the focus area and eventually develop expertise to serve other Programs in the same area. - As a research analyst, the role offers global exposure combined with an opportunity for program management and participation in various programs of national significance. Key Responsibilities: &nbsp;Research: - Conduct primary research and analysis of available and new data (for example, reviewing related business and scientific reports and due diligence on trends in the biopharmaceutical sector; reviewing patents and publications of scientists; reviewing company and institute profiles); - Conduct literature reviews and synthesize variety of primary and secondary research - Identify stakeholders to facilitate research in support of Program &nbsp;Data Collection &amp; Analysis: - Primary data collection through interviews, surveys, focus group discussions etc. - Design and build tools for data collection that integrate industry best practices and requirements - Manage the data collection process including data quality control - Formulate analysis models to review and analyse available data and develop key findings - Collaborate with external organizations, key experts, and resource persons for accessing reports and data when required &nbsp;Reporting: - Design and develop research summaries, impact reports, as appropriate - Dissemination of information - Develop a process and define the medium for dissemination of the information (periodic distribution through online database, need based reports/case studies)
