Roles and Responsibilities:

- Gather, understand and analyze client requirements to transform the requirements into a business solution.

- Participate in project planning, tacking and sprint ceremonies

- Work closely with development team in an Agile SCRUM environment

- Conduct Sprint planning, create user stories, product backlogs and execution

- Add value to the client's business by right consulting and offering cutting edge solutions

- Involve and overview end to-to-end software development lifecycle(SDLC) till delivery

- Offer Solutions engineering and designing as per the user personas

- Contribute for estimation and various requirements of the proposal making

- Support the project team to get the business context of the development.

- Develop in depth domain knowledge and a deep understanding of the product

Qualification:

- 6-10 years of experience in AGILE environment as a business analyst/Product Manager preferably involving web-mobile technologies Micro services, micro frontend and cloud.

- Proven experience to interact with clients to understand their requirements, problems and consult them to design the appropriate solution

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Competencies to interact with technical resources and transform business needs to a technical solutions

- Critical thinking Analysis and problem solving skills

- Prior experience with pharma/healthcare domain is highly preferred.
