Experience & Skillset

Operation Management:

- Managing daily operation of security technologies and Infra related activities.

- Maintaining the sanity and health of the end-user devices.

- Act as a SPOC to external parties (Auditors etc.) and internal management.

- Ensure to follow the IT Governance guide lines

- Manage the annual AMCs of the operational technologies & devices.

- Manage computer systems , networks and application security, manage hardware & software deployments

- Planning & executing the IT strategy

- Collaborate with internal & external stakholder to ensure delivery

- Create/manage/change, depending on needs, to Policy Creation, Setting Necessary Security Profiles etc.

Product Management:

- Having prior experience in handling applications related to retail lending

Project Management:

- Based on management/business needs, identifying appropriate solution/software,

onboarding vendor and train internal team, troubleshoot when require.

Technical Skills

- Graduate in computer science, engineering in IT systems , experience of managing the IT systems for a small to mid sized company.

- Database: SQL & Oracle

- Applications: Exposure to lending platforms and applications handling retail portfolios.

- System administration leadership, project management , problem solving capabilities

- Exposure to SIEM (Security Information & Event Management), cloud computing. Disaster recovery, Device management
