As the head of communication design, you will work closely with the product, design, and business teams to take ownership of end-to-end in-product and marketing communication design - from conceptualization to execution. There is no precedence of the platform that i2e1 is creating. You should be a strong leader who is action-oriented and takes challenges head-on. You should be an out-of-box thinker, with an ability to break down complex concepts into simple, easy, and creative ideas. You will be instrumental in crafting the style, tone & voice of our brand, both on digital and offline front.

Our success would lie in creating products that are world-class, futuristic, and built for virality. Communication design plays one of the most important roles in achieving this. The head of communication design would be responsible for managing and guiding the internal as well as external stakeholders across all phases of the communication design- ideation, execution, analysis, improving, and standardizing.

Responsibilities :

- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience for Linq

- Define and build brand communication framework

- Conceptualizing communication (content as well as design) for product awareness and acquisition of potential customers

- Conceptualizing communication (content as well as design) content for product education and engagement among existing users

- Produce sketches, storyboards, wireframes to visualize ideas

- Design creatives that get the message across in ways that are memorable, effective, and aesthetically pleasing

- Managing and working with internal team and external agencies.

- Ensuring effective utilization of digital and offline channels

Skills Required :

- Understanding of Marketing and Communications function in technology focussed brands

- Creative and innovative thinker and planner

- Excellent written, verbal and strong collaboration / interpersonal skills

- Confident in producing work across multiple platforms

- Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas

- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously while prioritizing work assignments

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

- Learning ability and detail-orientedness

Education and Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in leading the communication & design verticals in large consumer-oriented company preferably in App/ Internet domain

- Bachelor- s/Master's degree from premier design institute (NIFT, NID)

- Certificate in Content Marketing/Digital Marketing is a plus
