Hypto - Manager - Recruitment

Hypto is building an Operating System layer for banks on top of which enterprises can build financial applications (products/services) for their end customers. Think Android/ioS, but for banks.

We recently raised a ~$2.2 Million seed round and are seeking a talented Recruiting Manager to be a part of and help round out our founding team. Salary range would be 10-15 lacs per annum, depending on relevant experience.

- 4 years + of recruiting experience with focus on technical or sales recruiting role for software or technology companies of any scale.

- Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.

- Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.

- Ability to build and execute a recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process management.
