Mission :
- As a part of our rapid growth plans for the global market, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership and lead all marketing & branding initiatives for HyperVerge. In this role, you will be responsible for building the brand and showcasing HyperVerge as a thought leader in the industry. You will collaborate with the sales and product teams to drive collective goals by creating compelling stories for clients and prospective hires in different geographies. You are someone who can bring together cross-functional teams and use strong technical, analytical and leadership skills to drive them and build HyperVerge as a brand.
- The ideal candidate will be someone with around 6 - 8 years experience, a skilled marketing strategist and who is able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. S/he has experience in different marketing activities, works with full ownership, drives data driven initiatives and has the ability to lead a team of writers, designers and freelancers.
Areas of Responsibility
1. Content Engine
a) Manage the content marketing team of writers and digital producers
b) Initiate, develop and deliver thought-leading content via blogs, webinars, videos, eBooks, podcasts, events, etc. in partnership with our CEO
2. Digital Assets
Manage digital assets to enable brand and sales - website, blogs, social media handles, product listing platforms, technology documentation, Demo Apps, Demo Sites with focus on SEO and ASO
3. Product Marketing
Create awareness and engage all current and prospective clients with success stories, business value created, product features, and upgrades. This will include - Email marketing and Social media campaigns
4. Inside Sales
a) Create a healthy pipeline for sales team - both inbound and outbound
- Outbound - Account Based Marketing - Creating target list, Identifying stakeholder, Enable Reach Outs (Drip campaigns, Message, Channel), Lead qualification (BANT assessment)
- Inbound - Lead qualification (BANT assessment)
b) Lead Qualification: Assessment and filter by BANT (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline) and pass on to sales/KAM teams
5. Events, Analyst Relations and PR
Lead generation and establish thought leadership and brand authority. This includes
a) Hosting and participating conferences and webinar
b) Desirable media presence for HV through press releases, interactions, etc.
6. Partnerships
Building partner-enabled distribution engine. This includes building strong partner programs and engaging various partners
a) Global System Integrators.
b) Local System Integrations
c) Technology Resellers - Microsoft, AWS
Requirements
a) Excellent Communication skills
b) At Least 3 years experience in B2B or SaaS product marketing role
c) Knowledge on the marketing landscape in the Fintech/SaaS Industry, updated with the emerging technologies and trend in the digital marketing space
d) Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills, including influencing
e) Extremely results-oriented, creative, and collaborative with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
f) Comfortable with Web Analytics and other marketing tools.
