Hyderabad International Trade Expositions - Assistance Manager - Sales

- Responsible for raising money through the sale of sponsorship and packages for Exhibitions and conferences by targeting various companies, organizations and associations.

- Creates sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specification.

- Prepares MIS for weekly company meetings, sales update meetings and conference planning meetings as required.

- Utilize telephone, electronic and written correspondence and face-to-face meetings as tools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sales target for each exhibition

- Have knowledge of Digital marketing and be able to interact with the agencies in preparing a marketing plan for the expo/event

- Responsible for the entire expo from planning till execution including all aspects of the expo

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential exhibitors and industry associations.

- Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors and other industry stakeholders

- Update the company database as required.

- Follow-up for payments once the application is received from the exhibitors

- Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales / sponsorship opportunities.

- Cultivate knowledge of exhibition, conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines.

- Meet potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding the clients needs

- Achieve sales targets through tele calling and digital campaigns and communications

- Holding accountability for target achievement and revenue management

- Efficient in developing and implementing the sales strategy for exhibitions

- Maintain rapport with the industry associations

- Robust in handling the entire Sales process from lead generation to closing of deals

- Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities
