1. Cash Flow management

2. Preparation of Cash Budgets and Forecasts

3. Filing of GST returns, monthly and annually, adherence to all GST regulations regarding payments and returns

4. Filing of TDS returns, adherence to all TDS laws regarding payments and returns

5. Finalisation and filing of accounts, statutory audit, tax audit, GST audit in coordination with auditor in timely manner

6. Documentation, filing and record keeping of all commercial transactions including Managing all commercial aspects & contracts and providing strategic inputs to the CEO/President and supporting them in their decision making process.
