We are building an e-learning company to provide B2B and B2C services. We successfully ran the minimum viable product (MVP) recently. The team is currently working on the go-to-market strategies. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic co-founder with an entrepreneurial mindset who can walk with us through the journey of building up the company. We are offering an equity-only role, and the percentage would vary depending on the level of engagement.
We are looking for a mature and persevering person who is not shy to take initiatives and wouldn't mind wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate will identify market opportunities, envisage strategy & growth plan and executing the same.
Must-haves:
- Full-time MBA from a quality institute
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Must be ready to invest time and energy
Preferences:
- Any experience (successful or failed) with an early-stage startup will be a big plus.
- Experience with a marketplace company is also highly desired.
