Key Responsibilities-

- Spearhead all Client discussions wearing the Technical Consultant hat and making sure that all Clients are provided the necessary confidence in the HungerBox Product

- Design solutions for the Clients as per their problem statements through innovative implementations of the current Product stack

- Develop detailed understanding of all requirements from all Clients and table it for the wider Product team to design solutions for the relevant problems and actively participate in the solutioning process

- Create all Technical Collateral required for all the Client discussions and maintain/ upgrade as and when required

- Champion all communication threads with Client stakeholders as the Tech Champion for all Client relevant calls

- Understand avenues of scaling business from Clients & spearhead initiatives

Desired Skills & Experience-

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant graduation courses

- Detail oriented, organized and ability to work in a team environment

- Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in fast paced environments and managing multiple projects effectively

- Prior work experience in Technical roles is a must

- Understanding of basic systems, technical architecture, etc. and effective communication of the same

- High motivation levels and willingness to work under tight timelines

- Ability to communicate Technical Specs (both oral and written)
