We are looking for a suitable candidate to lead our sales team in Delhi-NCR. The person will be responsible for the revenue, operations and management of our clients in the assigned city.
Key responsibilities includes:
- Planning client acquisition strategies
- Value selling to CXOs, Head - HRs, Admins, Facility manager etc.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years' experience of corporate/B2B sales
- Experience of working in a start-up will be a plus
- Strong business fundamentals
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses the traits of being an extrovert and strong networking skills.
- Strong understanding of technology and business.
- Demonstrates high level of integrity, and strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively within a city
- Minimum Bachelor degree/Post graduate degree in Business management/Hotel Management/Bcom/BBA/B.Sc etc. from top tier institutions
