General Manager - Sales

- Humming Bird Education Ltd. is looking for Head- Sales, someone who is innovative, goal oriented, is well versed with the Sales via Online Medium, is an ace negotiator and can work with a team to achieve targets.

- You're going to get a chance to work with Students and Schools across India and the World with the reputed Olympiads conducted by Humming Bird Education Ltd for 11 Years now.

REQUIREMENTS :

Job responsibilities :

- Independently working and formulating revenue streams.

- Connecting with Students, Parents & Schools for promotion & sales.

- Executing and managing ad campaigns

- Maintaining relationships with the relevant representatives across Schools

Job Role :

- Build and scale revenue opportunities.

- Outreach to Students, Parents & Schools across India; and activating corporate clients as sponsors

- Work with the Marketing and Tech team to create innovative campaigns

- Build a Business plan with scalable revenue opportunities via product and Sponsorships.

Required Skills / Must Have :

- 4-6 years of Online sales experience for any brand in India.

- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy with a strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products to the clients.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written and presentation communication and interpersonal skills.

- A cross-functional influencer with ability to build strong relationships

Salary : 10% Commissions on gross sales

Equity : 2.5%-4.9%
