Account Manager (UI/UX)

About the job :

- Account Manager (3-4 years experience with a UX / IT Consulting / Digital Agency)

- We are a product design consultancy shaping global products at scale for companies like Amazon, CNBC TV18, Prudential, Bangalore Airport CX, JLL Tech, Omidyar, NITI Aayog among others.

- We're seeking an Account Manager to ensure smooth operations of key Design, Development & Website projects.

- You will be at the focal point between the client and our internal design & tech teams. You will be accountable for multiple projects running flawlessly with a diverse set of stakeholders.

- You will play a central role in directing the outcome of these projects. You will also assist in growing the account by developing deeper relationships and consistent value addition.

- A typical day will involve coordinating and facilitating projects, drafting a wide range of written materials, maintaining correspondence, ensuring translation of client requirements into design, and into effective tech deliverables, on time.

- Ability to estimate project timelines and communicate them effectively is a must. You will own these projects from start to finish.

Specific responsibilities include :

- Define & estimate detailed scope of work for projects

- Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements.

- Manage client relationships and serve as primary day-to-day contact for external clients.

- Identify opportunity areas for growing deeper into the account, and not just looking at it from a time-bound perspective.

- Set and manage client expectations.

- Collaborate with production teams to create, implement and maintain appropriate client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists and instructions. We love processes!

- Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams.

- Organize and contribute to client meetings and review sessions.
