Job Description (Sr. Accounts Manager)
- Projection and budgeting of reserve & surplus for HFSPL monthly & yearly (YTD)
- Preparation and submission of monthly Information to Shareholders and preparation of information for audit committee meetings
- Monthly finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
- Overseeing Statutory Compliance relating to Taxation, Audit and RBI
- Verification of daily Cash/Bank/Journal Vouchers
- Verifying entries for Profit booking for treasury transactions
- Checking of Monthly expenses statements of Branches
- Liaison with Internal and Statutory auditors for Internal Audit / Quarterly reviews
- Establish Accounting chart and Accounts bills voucher for HFSPL Company
- Statutory Compliance PF/TDS Monthly & QT Return basis of the payment and office file record
- Daily approve & posting account bill voucher system in MIS

Chartered Accountant
