The Programme: - This programme will help you uncover your potential for leadership, develop your skills, and will give you the opportunity to lead and participate in impactful projects. - Consisting of 4 rotations: 3 x 8-month rotations and 1 x 2-month rotation, this programme has been designed to provide key insights into some of our different HR functions. Each rotation will provide you with a solid grounding on which to build your HR Career, allowing you to get to grips with anything from employee relations to attracting the most talented people, or from training and development to benefits and rewards. The inclusion of an international placement, will enable you to gain valuable global experience and exposure to different cultures and ways of working. - You will join us on a permanent contract and be rotated into real jobs, followed by appointment into a full-time role on completion of the programme as you continue to grow on your journey. Training & Development : - Throughout the programme and beyond, we will encourage you to take advantage of a wealth of formal and informal learning and developmental opportunities. Your continued development will be a key part of the programme, and we will support you and encourage you to undertake development you need to succeed. You will also gain sponsorship to study for a recognized professional HR qualification. In addition, you will also receive the following support: - Sponsorship by a Global HR Leader throughout the graduate programme - Provision of a mentor who will support the you with identified development needs - Peer buddy support provided - Support from the HR Graduate Programme Manager, with regular check-ins and provision of updates - Sponsorship to study for a recognized professional HR qualification, as required - Placement Manager for each rotation - Involvement in project activity beyond your immediate rotation to build your profile and network across the function What we are looking for: - A Great HR Graduate who can demonstrate passion about being commercially astute, agile, accountable and can build skills in executing business strategy. A successful candidate will have the drive and ambition, aptitude, attitude to work collaboratively with high levels of pragmatism, while applying sensible judgement to maximize positive business impact from their actions.
