- They are looking to hire HR Business Partner and s/he would lead the following responsibilities.
- HR spoc. for employees across locations, for the Retail and SME Team
- Act as a strategic business partner and be involved in HR initiatives impacting or leading to increased productivity
- Responsible for employee engagement for retail & sme and manage following
- Manpower planning
- Grievance Handling
- Performance Assessment
- Policy Formulation
- Lead Learning & Development Initiatives for all functions in the Organization
- Manage special projects as assigned from time to time
- Job will require travel to branches
