Human Resources & Administration Officer - NGO (4-6 yrs)

Our partner organisation is looking for an HR and Administration to work on managing operations and other HR related activities. You are someone who has worked in Human Resources and have good work experience in HR as well as Administration.

You excel in solving problems using clear strategic and creative thinking, and you want to put your skills to work. You are a committed, driven, self-starter with a passion for development, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development

- Work to ensure compliance with the policies, objectives, standards, and requirements communicated

- Recruit new people required by preparing job descriptions and job advertisements (manage the database, process and documentation)

- Implement a recruitment strategy for hiring including hiring drives, shortlisting and manage the logistics from an operational standpoint

- Propose, publish and administer HR policies and design HR forms

- Plan for employee's performance appraisal, promotion and benefits

- Maintain HR records and files including by managing the HR database

- Maintain attendance and leave record system

- Listen to grievances and implement disciplinary procedures

- Perform any other duties assigned

- Office management and work around team activities such as townhalls and retreats

General:

- Be the central person for all HR and Admin related communication for the organisation

- Play the role of an Employee Champion

Education, Qualification and skills needed

- Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, Psychology or any other related field

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR & Admin

- Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Strong people management skills

- Ability to support teams and partners especially to troubleshoot or offer guidance, as appropriate


Salary offered: 12 - 15 LPA
