Human Resource Consulting Role - Education/Media (1-4 yrs)

HRT & TM Analyst need to have the following experience -

Work Experience -

- Knowledge and application of Business Process Re-engineering

- Knowledge and application of Process Design Methodology

- Conduct HR Policy Design and harmonization

- Organization Design, Process Design and Change Management

- Deployment of HR Service Delivery Model across diverse set of organizations

- Basic knowledge of HRIT and ERP (Oracle/SAP)

- Basic knowledge of outsourcing business model of key HR processes

- High level understanding of Talent Management Processes including Talent Acquisition and Performance Management and Rewards.

- Talent Availability and Competency Modeling and Assessment, Sourcing Strategy and Recruitment Process Optimization

Role -

The incumbent will be part of the Human Resource Transformation and Talent Management offering with T&OP. The role holder will support the offering lead in developing the client base under the offering and solution projects in the areas of HRT &TM. Support the delivery of HRT &TM engagements at client site and in day to day interactions. Assist the project team in data collation, analysis and design of processes. Ensure high quality deliverables are submitted to client and incorporate client and key stakeholder feedback.

Requirement -

Candidates should have 3 - 5 years work experience after Masters Degree of which at least 1+ years of experience in Human Resource Transformation and Talent Management related projects is desired.

General Skills

- Analytical abilities, attention to details, planning and organizing skills

- Communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in teams, build positive relationships

- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications

 - Knowledge of ERP such as SAP/Oracle etc is a plus.

- Work in any of the growth markets is a plus: America, Europe, APAC would be a plus

Other Details - Travel - Ability to accommodate global travel
