- This role will promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and innovation aligning to end to end delivery performance, ensuring transformation capabilities and providing outstanding customer experience.
- The role will represent operational challenges, Tier 3 issues and queries (complex and / or escalation issues/ queries), change requests and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives in change forums and provide guidance/ information to Delivery teams.
- Ensuring compliance to relevant policies that may differ from country to country.
