- Proactively drive the key HR processes in the business strategic planning, staffing, organisation development, performance management, review mechanism for all roles and functions, talent management, reward and recognition, internal and external relations employee development and talent management
- Develop Hi Pots and monitor their Individual development programmes
- Lead OD and other HR projects and carry out an impact assessment to determine ROI.
- Responsible for all analytics related to OD and L&D
- Coordinating with Top Management for Organizational values and directions to plan the L&D for the company
- Driving and facilitating the implementation of the L&D Plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes. Providing thought Leadership around program design and delivery
- Development & Implementation of competency framework
- Drive organisational capability development and represent the people and organisation dimension in the management team
- Should be able to manage teams and are extremely proactive as an individual to drive employee engagement internally
